Job Summary:

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN) or physician. The LPN is responsible for delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care while ensuring the safety and comfort of patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide basic nursing care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and dressing wounds.

• Assist physicians and RNs with patient examinations and treatments.

• Document patient care, observations, and responses accurately in medical records.

• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.

• Follow infection control and safety protocols.

• Report changes in patient condition to the supervising nurse or physician promptly.

• Support patients with daily living activities (ADLs) as needed.
